If you would like to lodge an official complaint, please download our Concerns and Complaints Policy document, complete the Complaint Form, and submit it to our Feedback Coordinator using our Feedback Form. You will then be contacted by a member of our Complaints Committee to discuss the next step in our complaints resolution process.
